Private attorney involvement is core to the success of ERLS. On our own, we can only help about 5% of applicants that need our help. That’s where private attorneys come in.

There are two ways that attorneys in Eastern South Dakota can be involved in our mission here at ERLS:

• Pro-Bono Involvement
  • Attorneys can donate their time to serving the underserved by working ERLS cases on a pro-bono basis.
• Contracted Attorney
  • Attorneys can elect to be contracted by ERLS when clients are far from our main office in Sioux Falls to help extend our reach throughout the Eastern counties that we represent.
